IVDrips is seeking passionate and highly motivated Registered Nurses to join our team as New York On Call Nurses. If you are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and have a strong drive to excel, this is an exciting opportunity for you. As an On Call Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering IV infusion services to our patients.

Qualifications:

• Active, Unencumbered Registered Nurse License
• Minimum of one year of experience administering IVs
• Must have current Malpractice Insurance coverage.
• Demonstrated expertise and confidence in IV placement, preferably with experience in an ER/ED or ICU setting.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to conduct home visits for IV infusion.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional patient care
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a personable and compassionate approach.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and ability to work independently
• Possess a strong willingness to be incentivized for sales, including upselling, generating referrals, and offering additional services.

Responsibilities:

• Administer IV drip therapy and other medical services
• Foster a good relationship with patients and create a welcoming atmosphere by providing top-notch medical treatment.
• Educate patients about the advantages of IV therapy and other medical services
• Collaborate independently with patients to support them in reaching their objectives for wellness and health
• Encourage medical services and membership plans tailored to individual client needs and goals
• Participate in nursing events as needed
• Exhibit dedication to IVDRIPS' vision, mission, and objectives, embodying the organization's values and culture
• Keep accurate and concise medical records in the patient's electronic medical record.

Pay / Compensation:

• Nurses will be paid $90 per Infusion or 30% of the Appointment’s Total Infusion Charge.

  The higher rate always applies. Competitive compensation structure based on a per drip model.
